Royal Destinie

Royal Destinie is Destinie's beautiful new daughter by the German Hanoverian stallion Rotspon. She was born in the wee hours of April 29th. She had an exceptionally outgoing, sweet temperament, super gaits and an excellent conformation. She and her stablemate Wisteria went their new home in spring 2002, Joyce Mitchell's Square Halt Farm in PA. Joyce has since sold her to a dressage rider who reports that as a three year old Royal is still as sweet as ever and destined to be her dressage partner in the near future.

Royal Destinie - at her American Hanoverian Inspection - at about 5 1/2 months

Royal was praised at her American Hanoverian Society keuring for her conformation, balance and gaits. The only filly that made a higher impression was her stablemate Wisteria, Rubizza's daughter by Wolkenstein II.

We were thrilled with this cross. Her topline, neckset, front legs, and gaits were an improvement on her Mom's. She has the most outgoing nature of all the foals we have had -- and that is really saying something, since most of our babies are people lovers! She has a lovely uphill way of bouncing into the trot and a wonderful canter. She should have marvelous potential as a dressage horse and/or top notch brood mare. Oh, and, yes -- she did turn gray. As a coming three year old she was about 16.1 hands and had much presence.
