Royal Don
Elite Mare Diva presented us with her second foal on Marth 5th, 2008, another colt, this one by Royal Prince. I could not be more pleased with the cross, as this little boy has what I had hoped he would have — long, long legs, modern type, lovely suspension and a wonderful disposition. I have named him Royal Don, in acknowledgement of his father Royal Prince and grandfather the immortal Donnerhall. Please stay tuned as this boy grows and matures. I feel sure that he will be a joy to see under saddle when the time comes.
Royal Don (aka Princely) just gets better and better! He is impressing me in every way — from movement to correctness to temperament which is happy, friendly and outgoing. The pictures below are from April 11th.
