Sandro Hit

Sandro Hit (Sandro Song/ Ramiro/ Welt As) is a black stallion born in 1993 with a height of 175 cm.

He is a the epitome of the modern sport horse, possessing the true uphill conformation required for top level dressage competitions, which allows him to perform his movements with such ease and grace. And icing on the cake — he passes his dark colour onto his offspring.

In 1999, he won the Bundeschampionat (German Championship for young horses) and was World Champion of the FEI Young Horse Test six-year-old dressage horses. He has competing through the "S" level in Germany.

It is as a sire that Sandro Hit truly shines. At a fairly young age he has become the sire of successful stallion sons such as Sunny Boy, Stedinger, Sir Donnerhall and many others. Samarant, his 2001 Hanoverian bred son (out of a Brentano II mother) qualified for the 2005 Bundeschampionate with the dream scores of 8.00 (trot), 9.00 (canter), 9.50 (walk), 8.50 (suppleness), 9.00 (overall impression), for a total score of 8.80.

His offspring are becoming well known for their overwhelming rideability, elegance, long legs and charisma.

We bred this sensational stallion to our sensational mare Rubizza for a 2006 foal via embryo transfer. Unfortunately the embryo was lost after 60 days. Perhaps we will try him again someday.
